Every gemstone we sell is represented as natural and untreated unless the listing states otherwise, and is accompanied by lab certification (INGTL and, where noted, IGI/IIG) confirming authenticity. Photos are representative — natural gemstones vary slightly in color, inclusions, and size, and the certificate accompanying your stone is the authoritative record of its characteristics.
Prices are listed per carat in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. GST is calculated at checkout. We accept UPI, and in-store cash/card payment; specific payment arrangements for online orders are confirmed directly with you via WhatsApp or phone before dispatch.
Adding an item to your cart or submitting an enquiry does not guarantee stock availability, since natural gemstones are one-of-a-kind or limited in quantity. We'll confirm availability, final pricing, and delivery timeline with you directly before your order is considered placed.
Consultations and gemstone recommendations provided by our gemologist are offered as traditional astrological guidance based on Vedic principles. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice, and outcomes are not guaranteed.
We offer insured, tracked delivery across India. Delivery timelines shared at checkout or over WhatsApp are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by the courier or events outside our control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
